Shipping & Delivery: All of our shipping is via Royal Mail both locally and internationally. Prices are calculated on weight prior to checkout and applied to the final basket. Orders will usually be despatched where possible within a few days. If we cannot despatch within 7 days we will contact you to advise estimated delivery date. Certain items such as bagpipe covers are made to order, estimated time to despatch will normally be stated within the item description..
Privacy & Security: We store / handle none of your financial information on the McIntyre’s website, for security all of our financial transactions are carried out by PayPal. Once an order is placed you will be automatically redirected to PayPal’s secure website to complete the transaction. We have found this to be the safest, secure option for our customers.
Returns & Replacements: Returns Policy - Our policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel this agreement but this right ends 7 WORKING DAYS after the date YOU RECEIVE the products (working days excludes weekends and bank holidays). You will not have to pay for any goods and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a paypal transaction refund within 30 days. However, if the goods have been despatched or delivered then YOU MUST RETURN the products to us and bear the costs yourself (the cost of return postage will only be refunded in situations where a statutory right is breached). We recommend that you advise us as soon possible if you wish to exercise your right to cancel. Ordering: Ordering items is quite a simple process, simply click on 'add to basket' and your item will be added to the shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping simply click on 'Checkout' where you will be asked for your details. Once you click place order you will be automatically redirected to PayPals secure website, enabling you to pay with your credit, debit card. Payment, Pricing & Promotions: If you would like to pay by cheque or money order this option is available at the checkout, including where to post and further details. Please be aware that if paying by cheque or money order despatch will be delayed until payment has cleared. All prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
Viewing Orders: If you have registered with McIntyres prior to ordering you will be able to view the status of your order by logging into your account via the 'log in' button.All customers will be notified by email that there order has been received and is being processed, if you have not received this notification within 24 hours please feel free to contact us either by email: keith@bagpipe-supplies.com or Tel. 01325 242201.
